At a General Half Yearly Meeting of the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 22^nd day of July 1931 @ 4.30 o'clock pm

It appears that the sum of £477..8..3 has been received from the 1^st day of January 1931 to the 30^th day of June 1931 and a balance brought forward of £184..19..0 from the last Account making a total of £662..7..3 of which sum £444..2..5 has been applied toward payment of wages, disbursements, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £218..4..10.
Ordered that no Dividend for the Half Year ending June 1930 be paid.
£500 Cape of Good Hope 3½% Inscribed Stock valued at £431..15..0 and £562 London and North Easter Railway Company 4% 2^nd Preference Stock valued at £126..9..6 and £29..5..6 including 6/6 Interest transferred to the Revenue Account, on Deposit at Lloyds Bank Ltd Stroud, stand to the credit of the Reserve A/c, making a total of £587..9..6.
