[1932 May] Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 18^th day of May 1932 @ 4 o'clock pm
Present: W R Bloxam, J R Morton Ball.
Only two Members of the Committee being present, there was no quorum, but there being some matters requiring immediate attention, it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation by the next Committee.
Cottage at Framilode
M^r Byard's estimate amounting to £2 for new casement frame and repair of Chimney was accepted.
River Frome: Repair of Bank against the Canal at Saul
It was reported that larch piles and Elm sheeting had been ordered.
Cottage at Double Locks
M^r Hopson's estimate amounting to £2..10..0 for certain repairs to the walls in the living room & painting was accepted.
Lock Gates
The Clerk reported that repairs had been carried out to the head of the inside top gate at Pike Lock.
Dock-house, Eastington
The Clerk was instructed to obtain the necessary paint & Putty for painting the windows of the Dock-house.
