It appears that the sum of £504..18..5 has been received from the 1^st day of January 1932 to the 30^th day of June 1932 and a balance brought forward of £268..1..4 from the last Account making a total of £772..19..9 of which sum £418..18..4 has been applied towards payment of Wages disbursements, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £354..1,,5,
Ordered that no Dividend for the Half year ending June 1932 be paid.
£500 Cape of Good Hope 3½% Inscribed Stock valued at £420..0..0 and £562 London and North Eastern Railway Company 4% 2^nd Preference Stock valued at £50..11..7 and £29..12..6 including 6/10 Interest transferred to Revenue Account, on Deposit at Lloyds Bank Ltd Stroud stands to the credit of the Reserve Account making a total of £500..4..1.
It was Resolved that the following Gentlemen for the Committee for the year next following or until another Committee is appointed:
