The Memoranda of the proceedings of the Meetings held on the 17^th February 1932, 16^th March 1932, 20^th April 1932, 18^th May 1932, 15^th June 1932, 27^th July 1932, 21^st Sept 1932 were confirmed.
Lock-house at Framilode
It was reported that Mr Hopson had carried out the repairs at the Lock-house at Framilode.
Framilode Pound Bank
The Clerk was instructed to make a further inspection.
Coffer Weir Whitminster Repair
The Clerk was instructed to inspect and report to the Chairman.
Canal Inspection Reports
The Chairman's and Mr Hooper's report of the Lower Section of the Canal and Major Little's and Mr Evan's report on the Upper Section of the Canal were read and discussed.
The Inspection Committees were thanked for their reports.
