[1932 Dec] Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 21^st day of December 1932 @ 4 o'clock pm
Present: W R Bloxam, Henry R Hooper, R J C Little.
Only three Members of the Committee being present there was no quorum, but there being some matters requiring immediate attention it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation by the next Meeting.
Framilode Pound, Leaky Bank
The Clerk reported that the work had been suspended, awaiting an appointment with the Surveyor of the Stroud Brewery Coy to meet on the spot.
Coffin Weir
Clerk reported that the work of fixing the new trough would shortly be undertaken.
Wharf House at Dudbridge
It was reported that the WC had been completed.
Bank at Bonds MIlls
The Clerk reported that the work of repairing this bank was in hand.
Pleasure Boat, M^r Toogood, Moorage
M^r Toogood had agreed to and had paid 10/- the Companys charge for the year next following.
Stonehouse Cross Bridge
An estimate amounting to £19..10.0 had been submitted by the Surveyor of the Stroud R D C for the repair of the road over the bridge. The Clerk was instructed to write to the Surveyor that the Company was under no liability to make up the roadway in the manner provided for in the estimate and as the Council had previously repaired the roadway at the cost to the Navigation for £2..7..6 the Clerk was instructed to write to the Surveyor accordingly and for an amended estimate.
Withy Loppings at Eastington: M^r Apperly
The Clerk was instructed to inform M^r Apperly that he should apply to Mr Beard the tenant of the paddock.
Next Meeting
Ordered that the next Meeting of the Committee be held on the 25^th day of January 1933 @ 4 o'clock pm and the General Half Yearly Meeting on the same day @ 4.30 'clock pm.
