Thatcham Road Transport Services paid £1 8s 6d with costs.
Road improvement at Wallbridge. Proposed widening of road at Wallbridge would mean Company giving up nearly 100sq yards of ground and demolition of a substantial brick building. Clerk to enquire of Stroud Urban District Council re compensation.
Clerk ordered a furnace for Mr Wathen’s cottage at Framilode.
Mr Jackson of Redcliffe Lane paid £4 7s 6d for damage done by his car to fence at Bristol Road Wharf.
Sharpness New Docks Co’s new Bill does not affect Stroudwater Canal.

Stroud Urban District Council: Road Improvement at Wallbridge
A plan submitted by the Urban Council was discussed by the Committee and as it appeared that the proposed widening would mean giving up by the Company of nearly 100 sq yards of ground and the demolition of a substantial brick building the Clerk was directed to enquire what compensation the Council proposes to make.
Property at Framilode
1 The Clerk reported that he had ordered a furnace for M^r Wathan's cottage.
2 That Mr Smith had agreed to take the top floor of the Warehouse at £4 pa rent as from the 29^th Sept 1934.
Bristol Road Wharf
The Clerk reported that M^r Jackson of Redcliffe Lane had paid for the damage £4..17..6 done by his car to the fence at Bristol Road Wharf.
Sharpness New Docks C^o: New Bill
It was reported that the Bill does not affect the Stroudwater Canal.
