BIll should be one amending existing Acts, not a new one. Mr White to be consulted on form.
Mr Hall to produce Large Plan with Index of references within a fortnight.
Mr Priddy to complete Framilode Lock, the Clerks to ensure he has all the materials needed for this.
At a Meeting of the Committee held by adjournment at the George Inn in Stroud on Thursday the 12^th Day of October 1775
Present: Timothy Lewis, John Hollings, Joseph Wathen, George Hawker, Robert Elliss, James Winchcombe.
Resolved; that it is the Opinion of this Committee that the Bills intended to be carried to Parliament shall be a bill to Alter, etc, and not a total new Bill. ~~~ But that M^r Lane & M^r Grazebrook should waite upon M^r White at his house near Tetsworth to Confer about the settling the Bill so as to be ready for presenting to the House as soon as possible and Prior thereto a Messager be dispatched to know whether M^r White is at Tetsworth.
Ordered that M^r Hall attends the next Meeting on Monday Sennight the 23^d Instant with the Large Plan and Index of Book of refferences proper and Incident to the same and that he attend without fail, and that M^r Grazebrook give M^r Hall notice thereof imediately.
Ordered that M^r Priddy does imediately forward the finishing the Framiload Lock and that his personal attendance be desired for that Purpose, and that the Clerks do also imediately take the necessary care in procuring the Materials that are wanting for the above purpose, such as Stone, etc, and to report what has been done and what may be done in the premisses by the time of the next Meeting, and further that the Committee do hereby adjourn to Monday the 23rd Day of October Instant at five o Clock in the afternoon at the George Inn in Stroud.
