Master of the Dispatch has damaged lock gates and must pay a fine

I have to inform you that the Master of your Vessel the Dispatch has very much injured out Lock Gates by running his Vessel against the. & for which he is fined 20 Shillings. Unless he pays the Fine when he comes here again I shall be obliged to detain the Vessel until it be paid.
