re. Water to Engine. You are entirely mistaken as to being allowed to take water from the canal. You can do so upon a payment of 10s per year but you must take it from your own wharf and not upon the Company's land as you do so much damage. No ill feeling has been shown, you have brought all the trouble upon yourself by your being so stupid and contrary. You had better take your things off the wharf.
