Please send a copy of the notice issued by the Severn Fisheries Board when applying for their Severn Fisheries Provisional Order (1910) Confirmation Act 1911 and please state if copies of the same have been posted in this district and where. I understand that anglers who have taken out Stroudwater tickets are to be summoned for refusing to pay the 6d charged by your Board - cannot this charge stand in abeyance pending the conclusion of arrangement of lease with this Company now in the hands of our Solicitors.
