Dear Sir
Referring to my letter of yesterday's date I am instructed to give you notice that I shall be attending with the Company's Assessor at the Bristol Road Lock with a view to inspecting the damage on Monday next the 15^th instant at 12.30 o'clock in case you may desire to attend with your assessor.
