I have seen owner of land and the gap can be cut at the aqueduct as desired. Please let me know when you want the water stopped at the lock, and when you are ready to let the water out of the pound

Dear Sir,
I have seen the owner of the land M^r J Vick of Tuffley near Gloucester & the gap can be cut at the Aqueduct as desired.
Please let me know when you need the water stopped at the lock & I should be glad if you would let me know when you are ready for the water to be let out of the pound.
I understand the water will have to be lowered gradually.
