Notice given to Mr George be given fresh notice to quit wharf and premises at Stonehouse at Michaelmas next.
William Daniels absent one month from work owing to illness while in Company’s service. Allowed half his wages.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 16^th Day of November 1858
Present: M^r J H Warman, M^r H Harris Chairman, W^m Fryer, G H A Beard, C Hawker, T C Croome, F Eycott, N S Marling.
The subject of the Notice given to M^r George to quit the Wharf & premises at Stonehouse at Michaelmas last was discussed and it was considered that under all circumstances the best course would be to give him a fresh notice at the proper time to quit the Wharf and premises at Michaelmas next and M^r Partridge was ordered to give a notice accordingly.
M^r Driver having reported that Will^m Daniels had been absent one month from his work owing to illness while in the Company's Service. Ordered that he be allowed half his wages during that period.
The following Bills were ordered to be paid.
