General Half Yearly Meeting.
Tonnage since 1 April £2195 0s 10d. After wages, etc, £1842 4s 11d profit. Dividend of £9 declared.
5 tons of coal to be ordered annually for the use of the committee and office.
At a General Half Yearly Meeting of the Company of Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee at Wallbridge on Thursday the 25^th day of October 1860

The Minutes of the last General Assembly were read approved and confirmed.
The several books and Accounts were produced as directed by the Act of Parliament and were examined and passed.
It appears that the sum of £2195:-:10^d has been received for Tonnage, etc, from 1^st day of April 1860 to the 1^st day of October 1860 part of which has been applied towards the payment of wages disbursements, etc, there remains in the hands of the Treasurer after paying the last Dividend the sim of £1842..4..11.
Ordered that a Dividend of Nine pounds on Each Share be declared payable on the first day of November next.
Ordered that five Tons of Coal be supplied annually for the use of the Committee & office.
