Sale of land rented by John Ackill at £5 5s per year for 35 years rent, with timber as valued
5 April 1775 Then agreed with the Directors of the Stroudwater Navigation for the Sale of my Lands in the parish of Framiload in the County of Gloucester now rented by John Arkill at the yearly rent of Five pounds and five Shillings at Thirty five years years purchase, and the Timber to be Valued. And I do hereby promise to Release and Convey the same to the said directors and all my Estate and Interest therein on payment of the Consideration money.
