Proposals for Erecting & building a Bridge Over the Stroudwater Navigation in the Bristol Road near Wheatenhurst in the County of Glouceser.
The Bridge to be Build of Hannam Stone the foundation Walls on an average to be four feet Thick and Six feet High unto the Springing of the Arch.
The Arch to be Turn'd acording to y^e Moddell the foot Walk for Hawling the Craft to be Completed as per moddell. The Parrapet or Side walls of the Bridge to be Cope^d with the same sort of Stone of a sufficient Thickness & Width, The Whole to be Completed and finished in a Workmanlike manner for the Sum of Seventy Pounds, and Under the Direction of M^r .
NB The digging foundations, The Carridge of y^e Stone & the whole of y^e Lime is not included in y^e Above. The Lime and Stone to be Delivered as Near the Bridge as Possible may be Convenient;
