There being only two Members of the Committee present there was no quorum but there being some matters requiring immediate attention it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation by the next Committee.

Reported that Messrs Holbrow & Sons of Tetbury had stated in reply to a telephone enquiry that they would be communicating with the Committee. Nothing heard yet.
Stroud Metal Coy - Water Supply
There was nothing to report.
Canal Property at Bristol Road - Chimney
Reported that M^r Hopson had done nothing so far.
Wharfhouse at Stonehouse - New Grate
Reported that M^r Hopson had been asked to inspect the grate and to submit an estimate for a new grate and for fixing same. Estimate not to hand.
Wallbridge Office Decorating
The Committee inspected the rooms recently decorated by M^r Hopson & considered the work had been satisfactorily carried out.
