Notice to be given to Council as Proprietors of Thames & Severn Canal to discontinue discharge of any water from now abandoned canal into Stroudwater Canal on or before 17 December. Letter as formal notice. In default of County Council doing so or entering agreement, Company to take steps as it may be advised.
