Mr Thomas Roberts is now the only trustee of the late William Battersby of Bristol. So an order from Mr T Roberts is needed to pay dividends on the six shares to Mrs Frances Ann Shawe. The late Thomas Jones had three shares, and the committee will need to see probate of the will to have the shares claimed.
