Summary

Peach, agreement with for mill, houses and lands for £650.
Mr Perry had agreed with Earl Bathurst for land near Fowlers Mill for a reservoir.
Reservoir at Baker's mill, to be made as soon as possible
Locks up to the Daneway Bridge to be finished and water let in
Towing-path fences to be made with stone, if any near
Wharf land to be reserved below Mr Ballingers Lock at Chalford
Limekiln and carpenters shop, to be removed from Chalford to Daneway Bridge
Brick-yard at Starvehall to be stopped
500,000 bricks to be made at Sapperton and 500,000 at the Bourne
Soil to be carried to fill up the hollow where the warehouses are to be built at Brimscombe and the land there to be fenced off.
Wharf wall to be built on the face of the coal wharf, the whole to be done during a frost.
Horse engine and two pumps to be put in the valley shaft in Hailey Wood.
Stone wall to be raised round each tunnel shaft
Water to be brought into canal between Whitehall Bridge and Water Lane.
