Report on the condition of the canal and the Company's accounts
The open shed on the great wharf at Brimscombe to be walled up with a number of doors.
Old house crane on big wharf at Brimscombe to be replaced by one like that on the Island and another to be built on Bakers Wharf.
Additional carpenter & mason be employed on the line of works.
A watch house to be erected at Daneway under the inspection of Mr Procter and a watchman appointed to attend there.
Roofs of houses & shops at the Bourne to be made good.
When Mr Driver pulls down his mill wall near the Bell Lock, Mr Procter to reinforce towpath.
Mr Procter to purchase a repair boat.
