Agreed that the Lime Warehouse at Brimscombe be converted into a shop for the carpenter there and the present carpenters shop be fitted up for the occasional use of a blacksmith.
House to be built at Whitehall Upper Lock for watchman in charge of locks between Whitehall Bridge and Clowes Bridge.
A dispute having arisen respecting the use of the water from the spring in the Rack Hill (which supplies the premises lately sold to Messrs Lewis as well as the house occupied by the Company's agent. Resolved that the reservoir and the inlet thereto be divided agreeable to the condition of sale dated 8 Oct 1807 when the house and premises were sold.
Mr Denyer's garden to be extended 50ft and fenced off as at present.
