Summary

Canal in good condition but work in hand on arching of the tunnel and work needed on six locks below Daneway.
Oak, ash and elm timber to be purchased.
Small stable to be built at Lechlade.
Door of Inglesham watchhouse to be altered.
The lime kiln behind the house at Brimscombe Port to be taken down and a new one be erected on the new wharf or near thereto as Mr Denyer may direct.
The wall behind the wharf at Brimscombe Port from the gates into the new road to the first bend to be raised three feet and to be well coped.
The upper floor of the warehouse at Wallbridge to be floored over with good boards and let as an office to Messrs Oakey & Co or any other person.
Roofs of sheds and warehouses at Brimscombe to be repaired.
Smith at Brimscombe to provide a new cast iron boiler for the steam engine
Mr Driver Bidmead to be paid for land belonging to the late Samuel Bidmead.
