Works of the canal in good condition following recent repairs.
Tarlton Bridge to be taken down to the springers and rebuilt in stone.
Roof of the dock at Bourne to be taken down and not replaced.
Roof of the agents house at Brimscombe in a dilapidated condition. Denyer to prepare a plan for adding an extra foor to accommodate the Committee on their views of the canal.
Mr Jeffery to be fined £5 for disobedience and to continue in service.
