Mr James Webb allowed drawback of 3d per ton on 150 tons of manure carried 1 Feb to
1 Jul from Wilts & Berks Canal to Kempsford.
Mr James Mantell allowed drawback of 2d per ton on 1000 tons of stone carried on summit
level before 29 Sep.
Letter to Mr Joseph Chapman re false declaration made by his Captain at Brimscombe Port.
