Mr Kearsey’s costs re Severn & Wye Canal and Railway Bill settled.
Stroudwater Company agreed to raise rate of tonnage to Stroud Lower Wharf to 1s and to abide by previous Joint Tonnage rates.
Mr William Wilson, debtor to Company, had died abroad. Debt written off.
Letter to Sir Daniel Gooch, Chairman of Great Western Railway. Proposition for joint traffic arrangement. His reply promising to do so.
Suggestion that Company should become Carriers on own account. Purchase of a few boats and requisite appliances.
