Summary

Great Western Railway to pay 5s per annum for trespass on Canal slope east of and adjoining Wimberley Lock. £4.15 per annum for increased consumption of water at Brimscombe Station. Annual payment now £18.
Great Western Railway not willing to go ahead with forming a siding at Brimscombe Station.
Griffin’s Lock. Further slip at G W Railway works. Thrust in apron wall at head of lock. Railway company to pay for letting out water to do repairs.
