Clerk to send facts re Title Deeds to Mr Pitt.
Rain had stopped laying down of stop planks on Summit.
Mr George requested cancellation of the Warrant of Attorney given by him and his account to be delivered monthly, for which he would give the acceptance of the Park End Coal Co payable at three months. Committee agreed, him paying the balance of his account £824.
Mr George to be paid 30 guineas for fixtures in house he quitted at Brimscombe. His application for further room as a timber yard dropped.
Repairs to dock gates at the Bourne yard to be attended to.
Mr George’s application for reduction in tonnage on coal at Kempsford not accepted.
Mr Denyer to obtain information re Mr George’s proposed reduction in tonnage on coal to Oxford.
Mr Henry Staples tenancy of premises at Kempsford terminated.
