Letter to Mr Joseph Pitt re Deeds of the Company and the reply from Mr Mullings.
Offer of timber yard to Mr George as yearly tenant, rent £20. Gate at east end of Brimscombe to be locked every evening and watchman to parade up and down wharf during the night.

Destruction of irrigation hutch in Mr Gordon’s meadow. Permission asked for use of Company’s engine to irrigate his meadows.
