Summary

Mr Denyer believed the Commercial Inland Carrying Co had ceased to exist. He was asked to examine responsibilities for unpaid tonnages. Otherwise notice to be given to parties concerned requiring payment of tonnages as boats pass.
Mr Harrison of Stroud was erecting a house near the canal on his own land opposite the canal office. He previously had the Company’s permission to build a wall but had declined to execute the required bond, so permission for the wall was withdrawn.
