Letter from Mr Harmar re complaint from Mr Knight of Northlands near Chichester. Several articles plundered out of 18 packages shipped on Company’s frigate, Master James Dark.
Letter from Mr Knight saying it was evident that the plunder had been committed in the water. Reward of £30 to be advertised in Gloucester paper. Mr Black to draw up advertisement.
