Mr Samuel Smith of Brimscombe complained about charging. Charges to be one shilling per ton on all merchandise excepting certain heavy articles at 8d per ton. List of prices on Sunday freights to be prepared. Notice: Company not responsible for any loss or damage by fire etc..
