Mr Thomas Smith to load each of Company’s Thames boats with 50 to 60 tons of goods on leaving Brimscombe port while there is sufficient water in Canal and Thames to allow such lading. Boats and lighters to be loaded to the full. Any deficiency to be made up with coal, when Company have wharf at Abingdon.
