Details regarding tonnage due on small boats which arrive empty to fetch coal.
Might be preferred way forward for small boats to meet Canal Boat at Lechlade and transfer cargoes without landing which could easily be arranged.

There are not many vessels that can go throughout & those are in the hands of persons whose interest it is not to let them do so.
