Returned from London, hope Chancellor of Exchequer’s propositions for completion of North Wilts Canal acceptable. T&S Co willing to second application of North Wilts Co by a Case similar to the petition in favour of the Act, and the Wilts & Berks should do so likewise - and Forest of Dean Railway Co.
