Phipps being the first offence under Resolution allowing Bounties, so Company have initiated penalty of 10s per ton on the 3 tons brought back to Buscot. Need to keep a look out for him & others & inform me of any information regarding their putting Coal out down the Thames not subject to the Bounty.
