Summary

The profits on this line of Canal are not equal to holding large stocks of coal at seasons when not in immediate demand unless the shipper assists the dealer in holding them. The Tenby Coal trade must remain very limited, few Maltsters pay under 12 months. Can be from 18 months to 2 years before coal dealer paid. Tenby coal trade to continue on same narrow scale as before.
