Unable to furnish information requested not being material to Company. Does appear to be need to adopt regular system to receive Severn & Wye Railway drawback & until then will decline giving any certificates as hitherto these have been useless. Simple plan for Railway to have printed forms to complete by those entitled to Coal drawback.
