Hope expected dissolution of Parliament not prevent T&S proprietors’ meeting taking place.
Canal again become completely infested with Bathers. I got one boy convicted last week in the mitigated penalty of 2/6. Hinted to me the whole proceedings illegal & Magistrates not in future act upon it. Request to be furnished with a few proper Acts of Parliament for the different wharfs as early as possible.
