According to enclosed written order and last Act of Parliament pleasure boat should be charged. The Gentlemen still resist alleging you took the £3 to clear them to this place. You must therefore say if you did or not as about to give directions to proceed against them. If you did then must submit to proprietors who should pay as not think they should suffer. As boat coming to Brimscombe you might have left final payment to be made here or at Siddington.
