Mr G Ford had assented to agreement regarding a special tonnage rate for goods to or from their mill with a drawback for large quantity (details given). Nothing was said of wheat from Lechlade. Ford's assented to report of sub-committee. in your letter of 15th. Cannot depart from this agreement.
