In reply to yours of the 14th inst I beg to say that we cannot give up possession of the Eel Trap as it is in water Course heading from the ? weir & the men have to cut to it accordingly to clean the ?, in fact the piece of Land in the Road Side is not in your holding. See enclosed sketch
Respecting the other matter I am not aware of a loft over the Stable. You perhaps mean the upper floor for storage. If so we cannot let you have it as we keep all Kinds of stores in it for our work.
