Inspect Lodgemore Feeder where Mr Butt has been instructed to put in piling; Peter given instructions to get new boots and a bag for the mud spoon. Instructions given on: measurements required on distance posts; on the number of hands allowed for narrow boats and wide boats; on monthly reports on number of tons of mud taken out from locations on the Canal; Peter has been stopped shovelling; I'm having a gardener for a few days.
