Tell the farmer he is not to deposit refuse in and near the Ocean; if he continues to do so, it will be thrown back on his land. Prepare slabbing and fence the Ocean in line with the willow trees as that appears to have been the boundary. Call Peter's attention to the several places that require mudding, especially at Ebley.
