In future no conveyances are to be made for any land taken in the canal and towing path.
Clerk to inform Christopher Gardner that the company is ready to purchase the banks, brickyards and all land of Mrs Balls that the company has used in any respect for the purpose of the Navigation.
£30 be paid to Rev Pettat for the churchyard and make him a deposit of £10 for the land taken out of the churchyard till such time as an equivalent piece of land can be procured.
John Gleave to turn the water from the river in Mr Andrews' land every night to supply the canal with water and also that he do see that the hurdles are put up to prevent trespass on Mr James’s wheat.
John Gleave to raise the boat that lies at the bottom of the canal near Bristol road.
A culvert is to be made under the canal on the lower side of Stonehouse churchyard.
Mr Bough to build the following bridges:
• Arch bridges on the road leading from Stonehouse Cross to Bridgend.
• Swivel bridge on the road leading to Mr Reddalls.
• Arch bridge on the road leading to King’s Stanley.
Mr Kemmett to be made an offer of ten guineas for his attendance.

No Account of M^r Kings Damages Yet Received.
Nothing Yett Settled relative to Stonehouse Church Yard.
Ordered that no Conveyances in future be made for any Land taken in the Canal and Towing path.
Ordered that our Clerk do inform M^r Christopher Gardner that we are ready to purchase the Banks, Brick Yards, and all Land of M^rs Balls that we have in any respect made use of for the purposes of the Navigation.
Ordered that our Clerk do waite on the Rev^d M^r Pettat, and Pay him the Sum of Thirty Pounds for his Glebe Land used for the purposes of the Navigation, taking a proper Receipt for the same, And also to make him a deposit of Ten pounds for the Land taken out of the Church Yard, till such time as an equivalent of Land can be procured to give him in exchange for the same, and also to take a Receipt for the same.
Ordered that no more Bricks be sold to any Person, except those that are already contracted for.
Ordered that Jn^o Gleave do turn the water from the River in M^r Andrews Land every night, in order to supply the Canal with water; and also that the do see that the Hurdles are put up, in order to prevent a trespass on M^r James's Wheat.

Ordered that M^r Bough do imediately sett forward the following Bridges Viz: ~~ a Swivell Bridge on the Road leading to M^r Reddalls ~~ an Arch Bridge on the Road leading to Kings Stanley.
Ordered that our Clerk do measure the Breadth of the Westfield Lock.
Ordered that the Small Stones and Rubbish carried for the purpose of Building a Bridge at Dudbridge be thrown aside and not used for that purpose.
Ordered that M^r Bough do forward the Bridge at M^r Cooks, and also the Trunk & Culvert as fast as possible.
Ordered that M^r Kemmett be made an Offer of the Sum of Ten Guineas for his Attendance.
Ordered that M^r Ellis be desired to wait on M^r Webb, on order to settle the proportion of Taxes to be laid on the Meadows at Wallbridge.
Ordered that M^r Jn^o Couch be paid the Sum of Forty Pounds on Account for Stone.
Adjourned this Meeting to Thursday the 25^th Instant at 4 o Clock in the afternoon at the George Inn in Stroud.
