Benjamin Grazebrook to desire Mr Chance to desist putting up posts and rails on new road leading to Dudbridge, and any put up to be immediately taken down. A proper fence is to be made.
Clerk to write to Mr Hayes to have size of boat increased to 35ft long by 10ft wide.
At a Meeting of the Committee held by Adjournment at the George Inn in Stroud on Thursday the 13^th day of May 1779
Present: Joseph Wathen, James Dallaway, William Knight, Thomas Baylis, John Hollings, Ben^m Grazebrook, Fream Arundell.

Our Clerk Reported that he has again wrote to M^r Baxter, but has not Yett Rece'd any answer.
Ordered that M^r B: Grazebrook do waite on M^r Land to Consult with him the necessary measures to be taken with M^r Ellis, in Order to procure the Road (thro's his Lawn) to M^r Turners Meadow.
The Order Continues relative to the Flood Gates at Ebley.
M^r Webb being from home, his answer could not be Obtained relative to the Taxes.
M^r B: Grazebrook Reported that M^r Hayes have Ordered the Surplus Earth to be reserved for M^r White, and have settled the same to M^r Whites Satisfaction.
M^r B: Grazebrook Reported that he has given M^r James Notice to remove the Gate.
The Order Continued relative to the Cross Railes to prevent trespassing on the Banks.
Ordered that M^r B: Grazebrook do desire M^r Chance to desist putting up Posts and Railes on the side of the new Road leading to Dudbridge and if he continues dong it, that M^r B: Grazebrook do give orders to have the said Posts and Railes imediately taken down. And that a proper Fence be imediately made to divide our Lands from M^r Chances.
Ordered that M^r B: Grazebrook do go by the Coach on Monday Even: next, to Rich^d Owen Cambridge Esq^r in order to treat and agree with him for the Land necessary to make a new Cutt on the side of Whitmister Mill Pond.
Ordered that our Clerk do write to M^r Hayes to desire he will give orders to have the sise of the Boat extended to 35 feet long by 10 feet wide. And that we hope it will not make any material difference in the Price.
Adjourned this Meeting to Thursday the 27^th Instant at five o Clock in the afternoon at the George Inn in Stroud.
