Committee have determined the position of the warehouses and agreed with Edward Keene regarding timber work. To be set about immediately.
The tithes for the land in the canal and towing path in the several parishes are to be immediately settled.
At a Meeting of the Committee held by Adjournment at the George Inn in Stroud on Thursday the 30^th of September 1779
Present: Thomas Baylis, Fream Arundell, John Hollings, Ben^m Grazebrook, James Dallaway.
Read the Minutes of the last Meeting.
The Committee have attended and fix'd the Spots were the Wharehouses shall be erected. ~~ Agreed with Ew^d Keene to do the Timber work of the said Warehouses at 30^s per Square. Ordered that the same be set about imediately.
M^r Tho^s Ellis's Bill for Land & Damages is Settled and Paid.
Ordered that the Tythes for the Land in the Canal & Towing Path in the several Parishes be imediately Settled agreeable to Articles entered into for the Purpose.
Ordered that the General half yearly Meeting of the Proprietors be advertised in the next Glocester Journal to be held at the George Inn in Stroud on Thursday the 14^th October next at Ten o'Clock in the forenoon at the George Inn in Stroud.
Adjourned this Meeting to Tuesday the 12^th of October nest at Ten o'Clock in the George Inn in Stroud.
