Summary

Tenants have not paid (9 January). Siezure to be made first time any stock found on premises after Lady Day next.
Payment to city of Gloucester and Geo Augustus Selwyn Esq. for land. Deed of conveyance with treasurer.
Mr Wathen and Messrs Colborne and Dallaway came to no agreement with Mr Knight respecting his land. Clerk to consult Messrs Lane and Jepson.

At a Meeting of the Committee held by Adjournment at the George Inn at Stroud on Thursday the 19^th of February 1784
Present: Joseph Wathen, Thomas Baylis, John Hollings, Nathaniel Jones, Fream Arundell, Ben^n Grazebrook, Richard Bigland.
Read the Minutes of the last Meeting.
M^r James's Business is not yet settled.
Our Clerk Reported that he has given the Tennants who are in arrears Notice agreeable to the Order of last Meeting, bu thay have not paid in consequence. Ordered that a Seizer be made for the same the first time any Stock shall be found on the Preimises after Lady Day next.
Our Clerk Reported that he has paid the money to the Corporation of the City of Glocester and Geo: Augustus Selwyn Esquire for their Land, and has deposited the Deed of Conveyans with the Treasurer.
Deffer'd the Consideration of Mess^rs Lane & Jepsons Account to a future Meeting.
M^r Wathen Reported that himself with Mess^rs Colborne and Dallaway waited upon M^r Knightm but could not come to any agreement with him respecting his Land. Ordered that our Clerk do waite upon Mess^rs Lane & Jepson and Cosult them upon the necessary Mode of proceeding in order to bring M^r Knights Business to a final Isue.
Adjourn'd this Meeting to Thursday the 8^th of April next, at five o'Clock in the afternoon at the George Inn at Stroud.
