Mr Nichollas to be paid 2 guineas for damages done to his land by leakages from the Navigation.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the George Inn in Stroud on Monday the 13^th of Oct^r 1788
Present: N. Winchcomb, H. Burgh, J. Hollings, T. Arundell, J. Colborne, Jo^s Harford.
Read the Minutes of the last Meeting.
The Bonds are prepared & executed by our Clerks & their Securities conformagle to an order of the Committee the 28^th Feb last.
Our Clerk Reported that he has transmitted a Letter to M^r Keck agreeable to the direction of the last Meeting.
Orderd that Jn^o Nickollas be paid two Guineas for damages done to his Lands by Leakages's from the Navigation.
Adjourned this Meeting to Tuesday the 14^th Ins^t at Eleven o'Clock in the forenoon at the George Inn in Stroud.
