Thomas Evans Bull and Rev John Bull of Bristol claimed shares nos.1,128,129, will of Francis Bull.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the George Inn in Stroud on Tuesday the 14^th of April 1789
Present: N Winchcombe, Henry Burgh, Jn^o Hollings, Benj^n Grazebrook, Jn^o Colborne, Jos^h Grazebrook, W^m Battersby, Ew^d Harford.
Tho^s Evens Bull of the City of Bristol Gen^tn and the Rev^d Jn^o Bull of the same Place Clerk attended and made out their Claims to three Shares in the Stroudwater Navigation No 1, 128 & 129 late the property of Francis Bull of the said City of Bristol deceased, by producing the Probate of the Will of the said Francis Bull bearing the date 6^th May 1784 and duly proved in the Perogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury, Whereby the said Tho^s Bukk & Jn^o Bull are become intituled to the said three Shares as Joint Executors named in the said Will and their Claims are hereby admitted accordingly.
Adjourn'd this Meeting to Monday the 8^th of June next on Board the Companys Barge precisely at Eight o'Clock in the Morning.
